A warranty only counts if you can read it. Here is ours in full, not a slogan.

Parts We Install

Parts we supply and install are covered by our written components warranty. One fails inside the covered period, we replace it at no charge for the component.

That covers the component itself. Not a different component failing later, and not misuse, a power surge, or an installation someone else altered.

Labor

Every repair carries 30 days of labor coverage, no questions asked. Same problem inside that window and we come back at no charge.

Multi-Family and Commercial Equipment

Multi-family and commercial equipment gets 30 days on components and labor. It runs several times a household duty cycle, and a longer warranty would mean every household paying for it.

What Is Not Covered

• Appliances we have not worked on, or repairs done by someone else.
• Damage from flooding, power surges, pests, or running outside rated conditions.
• Cosmetic wear and consumables such as filters, gaskets and bulbs.
• A second, unrelated problem after a completed repair.
